Resend Vendor Invitations:

If a vendor doesn’t receive the initial invitation or accidentally deletes it, the Vendor Portal now enables you to resend the invitation efficiently.

Modifying Vendor Information on the Vendor Portal:

The vendor portal provides a user-friendly interface where you can easily update the details of a vendor. This could include the vendor’s name, contact information, business information, shipping address, and billing address. Keeping this information up-to-date is essential for maintaining an accurate database of your vendors and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Remove User from a Business:

This enhancement allows you to remove a user from a specific business. This ensures that the removed user no longer has access to the business’ sensitive information or transactions. However, it’s important to note that if the user is associated with other businesses within the platform, they will still have access to those businesses. The removal only pertains to the specific business from which the user was removed and does not affect the user’s access to other associated businesses.

View Early Payment Loan terms:

Your vendors can now view early payment loan terms directly from the Vendor portal. This new feature provides a clear and detailed overview of the terms under which a vendor’s invoice can be financed. This transparency helps you to make informed decisions, ensuring smoother transactions and better financial planning.
